1. Using the service
The subscription seller for Profitlume is SHIB LLC. These terms govern your use of Profitlume. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business whose data you connect. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Profitlume is currently an invitation-only pilot. Features may be incomplete or unavailable. Paid self-service signup is not yet open, and existing pilot access does not automatically create a paid subscription. Any separate written agreement applicable to your account takes precedence where it conflicts with these terms.
You must provide accurate account details, protect your sign-in credentials and grant access only to authorized users. You are responsible for activity under your account and should promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Seven-day trial and monthly subscription
When paid signup becomes available and you explicitly enroll, the plan offers seven days free, followed by $79 USD per month. A payment method is required at signup. Your saved payment method is charged automatically when the trial ends and monthly thereafter until canceled. The checkout will show the first charge date and any applicable taxes before you enroll.
Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. There is no cancellation fee. For a paid subscription, cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless suspended for misuse or required by law. Request cancellation through an available billing control or by emailing support@profitlume.com from the account owner’s email. We may verify account ownership.
3. Refunds and payment issues
No refunds for unused paid time except where legally required. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Contact support about an incorrect charge. A failed payment may interrupt paid access until payment and subscription status are verified. Any future price change will be communicated before it applies; it does not change a period already paid for.
4. Connected data and acceptable use
You retain your rights in the data you provide. You grant Profitlume permission to process it as necessary to provide and secure the service, according to your authorization and our Privacy Policy. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to connect merchant and customer data.
Do not use Profitlume unlawfully, access another workspace without permission, interfere with security or availability, submit malicious code, or misuse provider credentials. Third-party integrations depend on their availability, permissions and terms. You may revoke supported connections.
Profitlume’s software, branding and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. You receive permission to use the service for your authorized business purposes, not to misrepresent affiliation or resell access without agreement.
5. Reports and AI limitations
Reports depend on imported records, supported calculation methods and the accuracy of costs you provide. Missing or provisional data may affect results. Recorded operating profit is not a statutory accounting statement. Scenarios and forecasts are hypothetical; advertising attribution does not prove causal lift.
AI-generated insights may contain errors. Review important conclusions against source records. Profitlume does not provide professional accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and does not guarantee business results.
6. Availability, suspension and termination
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change features or suspend access to address security risks, misuse, unpaid fees or legal requirements. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue.
You may stop using the service and request account closure. Cancel any paid subscription to stop future renewals. Data retention and deletion are governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required by law. The effective date identifies the version. Contact us if you have questions about a change.
8. Contact and support
